(literal translation: What a fattening-up!)
¡Ay, qué ceba! Acabo de pisar popo.
Ew, gross! I just stepped on poop.
Everywhere else: ¡Qué asco!

Many colombianismos come straight the country’s roots in sailing (the conquistadors) and farming, and this one wears its origin on its sleeve. La ceba de toro is the act of fattening up one’s livestock — it’s not hard to see how this turned into an expression of disgust.
